Delivery
Payment Methods
All orders must be paid for at the time of purchase, including shipping costs. Payments are accepted by credit card and PayPal.
Order preparation and shipping
Since a large portion of items are custom made as orders come in, it may take us 2-5 business days to ship orders. This depends on the volume of orders, as well as the work during the busy holidays. Larger commissions (very large size, more items, or more detailed items) may also take longer and will be communicated to you at the time of ordering. Once your order has been shipped and on its way, you will receive a notice at the email address provided to us. All Canadian orders include the package tracking number. We are not responsible for lost packages if the address information was entered incorrectly during the checkout process.
Delivery
Regular shipping only. You can choose several options that suit you for your package. We also offer parcel pickup for local customers.
Please note that shipping costs apply for Canada only.
· We are not responsible for incorrectly entered addresses, refused or unclaimed deliveries.
· We are not responsible for lost packages or delivered to the wrong address; We have no control over the delivery of mail once it leaves our shop so please check with the carrier if the package is sent and you have not received it.
· If the merchandise is out of stock, we will contact you.
· Please allow 1 week for delivery.
Covid-19
In a situation of delivery delays due to a situation of lack of personnel or excess of packages due to Covid-19 etc., we are not responsible for delays in delivery and no refund will be given in these situations. You must contact Canada Post with your tracking number for verification.
Return Policy
· All items in our shop are final sale. Once the payment has been made, we do not make any refunds or exchanges, without any exceptions. However, you can contact us to change your order to other things in our store for the same amount.
· For personalized items, you can contact us and if we haven’t started your order, you can change it to other things in our shop at the same amount.
· For custom orders, we send the products in photos to have your agreement before delivery to avoid any errors.
· Wood products may have knots, this is not a defect but is part of the vintage style we want to keep.
Clothing for canines and felines
No refunds or exchanges will be accepted for hygiene reasons. Please check the measurements of each item before placing your order. Please review our size chart before placing your order.
Please be sure to check the size chart because, for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. Once payment is made, we do not issue any refunds or exchanges. No exceptions.
Product Accuracy
For all products displayed in our store, colors may vary slightly for various reasons beyond our control (e.g., the display of color depends, in part, on the type of screen you are using). For these reasons, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that the color you see in the photos is exactly that of the product
Clothing care
Canine and feline clothing
All should be hand washed or dry cleaned to ensure the clothes last longer.
Sublimation print clothing.
· We recommend washing the printed garment inside out, in order to protect the print.
· Wash in cold water with mild soap
· Machine wash at 30°, t-shirt inside out. Be careful, water at too high a temperature will damage your creations!
· Wash alone and remove once wash (do not leave in the washer once washed, remove it)
· Air dry, never tumble dry which will shrink your custom clothes and damage the print
· If ironing is necessary, turn the garment inside out, over medium heat and without steam
· Do not add bleach
Damaged items
If an item arrives at you and is damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the defective merchandise. Please be prepared to provide an order number with the date of purchase, and the item number. We may ask you for a photo of the defective merchandise, if necessary.
All Orders are inspected for damage prior to delivery. If the item is damaged please. Send an email within 24 hours.

Your name and full shipping address
Upon receipt of your email, we will send you the Return Merchandise Authorization number along with a form to fill out to include in your request. Once we receive the completed form, a return address will be sent to you. You will receive a confirmation of messages sent by Kline.1@hotmail.com. DO NOT send items to Les Kline creations without your order confirmation number, or before you have sent us the completed form, or your return may be refused.
Please note: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, which includes shipping to us, and reshipping the item to you once repaired.
